Welcome at Neurological Clinic NeuroDok
Dear patients,
to avoid long waiting times, please order your prescriptions, transfers and other documents in advance (by e-mail or the prescription phone) and pick them up between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. if possible.
Due to technical adjustments in the course of the changeover to the TI (telematics infrastructure), it is no longer possible to take them with you immediately.
Thank you for your understanding.
Dear patients,
the consequences of the pandemic can now be felt in all areas of everyday life. We were not spared from this in our practice either.
We ask for your understanding that due to the high sickness rate and lack of staff, there are delays and postponements in the examinations or appointments.
When visiting the practice, pay particular attention to the hygiene regulations that are currently recommended everywhere.
We ask elderly patients, chronically ill and weakened patients, as well as patients with a mild cold or flu not to come to the practice. Your prescriptions can be picked up by your relatives (preferably with a power of attorney).
We ask for your understanding for the common good.
Your practice team
After a short, serious illness, we have to say goodbye to our valued colleague Ms. Petra Bothe after 11 years.
She was an extremely empathetic and lovable person. We will all miss her very much.
Professional Medical Care in Germany
Medical care in Germany is among the most efficient in Europe while being a lot less costly than medical care in Switzerland or Great Britain.
What makes German medical care so unique? First and foremost, cutting-edge medical equipment that is upgraded every 3-5 years, latest scientific achievements and the highest qualification of both the doctors and the healthcare team. Germany is a country with the highest proportion of state-sponsored medical care among EU countries.
Our innovative state-of-the-art neurological center is located in the center of Dusseldorf. It lets us run numerous tests with the best possible quality. We perform full neurologic and psychiatric diagnostics and treatment in our center. Surgical treatment and rehabilitation is carried out in either Dusseldorf clinics or elsewhere in Germany.
Our clinic focuses on in-house diagnostics of neurological diseases and psychiatric disorders. Our team includes Neurologists, Psychiatrists, a Therapist and a Psychologist. We deliver the best in modern professional medical care in the shortest possible time with no middle man.
Upon request we can accommodate any range of services to arrange for any other kind of treatment at our German partners’ medical facilities. These services include
- choosing the best clinic for your treatment
- composing your individual medical program
- admitting the patient in a clinic at a predefined date
- visa support
- medical management (your medical program coordination) which includes a 24-hour support service and an interpreter’s support
- arranging transportation
- translation of medical statements
- post-treatment care and consultation
Our clinic has established a great relationship with our city’s leading medical institutions. We stay in direct contact with experts in various fields of medicine. It allows us to provide the best in professional medical care.
